1. Where are you located?
|
|
We are based in Tucson, Arizona.
|

2. Where do you take the photos?
|
|
We do all our shooting on location: either at your home or another location of your choice - a park, for example. Taking the photos in an environment familiar to your pet has the big advantage that he/she will be more relaxed.

3. What sort of prints can I get?
|
|
You can see examples of the style of our work throughout this site and we can show you examples of the prints. We usually work in color, but can also produce black and white, sepia, or a hand-tinted effect for your prints. The sizes of our regular prints range from 5x7 to 11x14, but we can print other sizes. We are also happy to talk with you about special projects, for example a montage of several pictures of your pet or a unique look for your special print. All our prints are printed on archival top quality photo papers using archival inks.

4. How can I get the most out of my photo session?
|
|
Think about the sort of photos you want. Consider different backgrounds or props. For example, does your pet have any favorite toys? Does your dog enjoy riding in your car? Does your cat have a special place to snooze? Remember to get your pet looking his or her best for the session. If your pet is full of energy and hard to keep still, time the photo session to take place at a moment when he or she is a little less bouncy. And it's a good idea to have some treats on hand, just in case a little bribery is needed.

5. Can I be in the photo with my pet?

|
Certainly. And if your pet has any favorite toys or you have an idea for a specific shot, we can try that too.

6. How do I select my photos?
|
|
We upload the images from the photo session to a password-protected area on this website. Only you, and others with whom you choose to share your password, have access to your photos in this secure area. We aim to give you a choice of at least 8 images and usually the number is higher than this. (The number of successful images is largely dependent on how cooperative your pet is.) Once you have chosen the pictures to complete your package, your order will be processed and dispatched to you in a timely manner.

7. When and how do I pay you?
|
|
We accept cash or checks. Payment is requested at the time of the photo session.
|
|
8. What happens if I am dissatisfied with the pictures?
|
|
People are usually delighted with their photos, so we think this is very unlikely, but if you are not totally satisfied we will redo the photo session at no extra cost to you.
